When dummy going to fling you dashes into him with an angle, when dummy flings up you hitting the lower of the torso that completing a technique, it's timing based and needs some angle for it. I'm think I explain this, Enjoy. (Fr idk what this for but it's works on zero ping, I see a player with 0 ping. I do this tech long time ago)
