thank you for your help. now mine was completely fixed. If may, can you tell me what is the label program that you use? i was searching the entire time but nothing helpful programs found. I am now using Bartender, but in the adjustment setting, i was completely frustrated about the output not adjusted in the same position as the input one that i set in the monitor. Now, the printed one sometimes are too low and out of the print area. Can you help me with that? will be very thankful. Thanks again.
