FLAWED. You inject one over a non vascular area and then you inject one over a vein. It's a no brainer.

Can there be a needle even more tiny that it can go inside from the pores and we can easily apply prp therepy on it

One should take into account that using a thinner needle also means more pressure is needed to get the product through the needle. There is a limit to which the product will pass through the needle. Currently THE INViSIBLE NEEDLE is the thinnest needle available at TSK.
