these two kids are so talented!!! semifinal from Taipei Bboy City 2018 Kids Battle Tsukki from Japan - 12 years old vs Raptor from Ukraine - 11 years old
Kids these days...Raptor brought more elements and originality, while Tsukki had insane power and a bit more attitude / flavour. Could have gone either way. Both these kids could hold their own against people twice their age...
That's nothing compared to a 'battle' I saw some years ago (here on youtube). There was a guy who has a Guiness record on headspins who only did headspins...I mean ONLY headspins!! No toprock, no footwork, not even other power moves, just headspins!! And he WON THE BATTLE!!!!! As far as I can understand it, the guy could even not be a b-boy but some guy from a circus or something trying to cash in!! The other B-boy did top rock, footwork, different power moves and actually DANCED to the beat but lost to the 'headspin wizard' who leaft the audiance in a craze!!! After I saw that I became very worried and skeptical about the future of b-boying
People need to take time and watch Raptor carefully. He had top rock, footwork, combinations, freezes and musicality. Plus his sets were different to his previous one. Tsukki is a good bboy but even on his first round he lost it straight away. He didn't do no top rock just went into powemoves .. these judges don't understand the game sometimes .. IMO ... Raptor win definitely! 👊
Da pra ver nitidamente que ele aumenta o nível da apresentação quando seus adversários pensam que fizeram uma boa, mlk arrebenta slko humilha 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Tsukki’s powermoves are hella clean, but from watching some of his videos, it’s all he does. I enjoyed Raptors diversity, and his moves are really slick. Crowd and judges didn’t really take that into consideration tho, as breaking consists of more than powermoves. These are many stages to fullfill a performance, and just using one of them doesn’t catch my attention as much.
Raptor is just simply not as good. He moves don't look crisp. Tsukki has that superior pure blooded asian DNA that allows him to do powermoves nonstop... because thats how good he is.
@@filosofotacio8950 maybe he's just a little ignorant. Hehe. Gotta give people the benefit of the doubt sometimes. Especially since I'm an Asian. Rotfl
I can't understand people who are commenting about no flavour and only headspinning from tsukki. How you can not see so much combinations and his powermoves flavour. Both of them are monsters with different flava. 🔥🔥
I was thinking the same thing!! He can very much feel the music and is flowing with it. The variations are timed precisely and what most of what people are calling "crashes" are actually on purpose to move onto the next move, again in perfect timing.
@@azboldazalion1938 i think his powermoves are his style and in a first round tsukki was feelin' it. With tsukkis harder stuff and kilin' music for me he won first round. But also in second round tsukki didnt feel it. Raptor was killin' it in both rounds. That's why personally i think it should be tied. Peace
You cant say raptor responded to tsukki when tsukki's power is beyond any raptor can do. If you're battling a powerhead like tsukki you dont respond with a weaker power
@01suku77 sure, but it has be top notch foot work, style and freezes to work top notch power. But you bring above mediocre level to high level, yeah....
Raptor definitely took this one, he did top rocks, powermoves, freezes, and footwork in general. Tsukki is really good, but he only does powermoves, he is like bboy kill, bboy pocket, and bboy Lil G. They hype everybody with their moves, but they loose some matches because they don’t do footwork or they don’t mix their moves with the music. But definitely the ones that really know about bboying know that Raptor took this one for sure!
No. Just because Tsukki is a powermove bboy shouldn't take away from what he can do. His powermoves are better than Raptor's footwork & toprock combined. It's not in a rule book that you HAVE to have toprock & footwork is it? No it's not. Stop hating on Tsukki cause his powermoves can be all of Raptor's moves.
Do any of you know how to have a proper body to start doing this kind of thing? I'm about the age of those guys (13) and it's a bit confusing to know how you start, and how you have to learn step by step to handle your body that way
maybe right now, Tsukki impresses you, but in the future when they both grows you'll see that Raptor will grow stronger! 2 years after: yeah I still think so
It's Taipei's Bboy City. You can bring whatever you have whether its powermoves or full bboying. It doesn't say you MUST include top rock & footwork. Tsukki was better. Stop hating.
@@yesanimee They aren't the worst. Your not the judge. They thought tsukki was better. And plus who cares about who wins. At least they're having fun is all that matters
@@nostalgia2k19 Bitch you say you don't care who wins but you kept saying Tsukki won when we were saying our opinions on other comments. Bitch I think your on drugs
Different styles. Both are great. Tsukki had the power and spins, which were superb and awesome but somehow seemed a bit monotonous; while Raptor had a richer diversity of moves and thus offered more spectacles for viewers to watch.
