This is hands down the most beautiful tale I've heard all year. It touches what I would want magic to be, if we had it. Though instead of lamenting this world without magic, we should cherish our own version of it, found in the littlest of moments where we are ourselves. Where we find who we are, the diamond in the bottom of our heart, shared by everyone, even those who didn't find their way. This work of art is why I love humans as much as I do. I can...actually really relate to this song. (Don't edge-shame me, please-) I was born in a very thin and fragile body and later on could have been considered as a skeleton. I also looked (and were) never fully healthy and am seen till this day as 'scary' by some people. I was later on in school bullied and shamed for my body for eight years. Many really acted like I was some kind of terrifying beast. It...really hurt me. That's why I later on never believed I deserved anything good and would be better off dead. One day there was actually a boy who kinda...stood up for me. But I didn't get much into contact with him sadly. I wish I did. Now I'm just trying to recover and build up some self esteem. (If you read that far, respect!) Also, sorry If I forgot to mention- This cover is absolutely gorgeous! I wish I could play it on the piano by myself sometime^^

Bruh as A Gay person who is an Altar server (Acolyte) at the Philippines and is a victim of bullying....This hit me hard and its still hard to forget the times how they just treated me... I was different from all of them and my peers seem to love the idea of making fun of me for being so feminine. Its been two years since it happened and still unable to forget how sh*tty they treated me. EDIT: This part right here hits me the most.5:04 In my own story When the bullying is at its worst i started to loose my faith to the Lord and also thought that because I am gay, God hated or Ignored me despite that i am one of the knights of the altar. One if my formator gave us this necklace that has a red cross in it and when he gave it to every single member of altarsl servers he muttered Amare Et Servire which means Love And Serve (The Lord).Then now looking at the cross that he gave me with full hatred because at that time i was so mad that i started to think that this is just B.S and that the cross that he gave to me is just nothing but pain. The Bullying happend inside the Church.Right now i am still an altar server but from a different church because i cant deffend myself to 14 people who conspired againts me.

A few months ago, I went through a bad breakup. When I was depressed and suicidal, my ex made a groupchat with all my friends and called me an attention seeker. He convinced my friends against me, and I lost all my friends besides one. Only one person defended me... "You dont know her like I do! Shes actually really sweet." Something said that made me tear up and I remembered this song. Im just like the girl. I have been so lonely, bullied, and used by cruel people for over 8 years. This song touches my soul. Now the one who defended me is my boyfriend and I think he is the one. This song makes me cry happy tears since (like the girl) I've finally found someone who genuinely appreciates, loves, and understands me. Update: His parents made him break up with me. I may never recover. I miss him so much everyday.

God I love this song so much and I would love the instrumental I actually looked up "in the name of the sin piano version" and was sad that there wasn't a cover out there, I gotta admit though that I like the old lyrics a bit more, these lyrics are amazing but they're kind of hard to understand if you haven't seen the video/don't really know the context, I felt that the simplicity of the old lyrics hit harder personally, you sung this amazingly though I have listened to it like 8 times in a row for a week now haha.
