I really needed this. The friend i trusted the most and have helped with depression for 3 years non stop. When I got into a bad place again and went to her for the first time in 2 years she dismissed it as less then hers and a pity party rather then caring.
Man I really wish I had friends like that, doesn’t matter if male or female. Just some friends that care about you and are there for you, when you need them. My „friends“ don’t even talk to me or write me, unless I initiate the conversation.
I have to carry this pain on my own and continue on with my day like nothings wrong. I don’t have anyone I can talk to like friends, family or therapist. If I don’t, I’ll fall into a depressing spiral which may potentially lead to suicide. Listening to this doesn’t fuel my will to live, but I does help me imagine someone cares.

@@mpo48 well ofc, I know that. RU-vid channels almost never have actual personal connections with viewers, and that's understandable. They usually have too many viewers to keep up with to have something like that. It's just that sometimes I read too deep into scripts and whatnot and relapse into feelings I thought i was past. It's just a way for my depressed as$ to coupe you could say.
@@senpaikade1403 this person is taking advantage of your depression for views and i find that to be extremely creepy, when a person makes content like this they have a responsibility towards the people who watch it in my opinion.
@@mpo48 I can see where you're coming from and I appreciate the thought. I've long understood they do not care. And yes they use depression of the viewers for views and such. I think I'm past the point of caring about this manipulation. At this point asmr just helps drown the deafening silence at night.

Man this really hurts deep. 2 years ago I had bad depression. It wasn't fun. I told my teacher about it, and the she told my parents, which they did nothing 💩. I told my friends about this a few weeks later and every day at school they would come by my side and we would just joke about random shit and they did everything to make me feel better. Which I am forever grateful for. But now like- my mom thinks I have depression when I don't and keeps asking me if I'm ok which gets me mad, considering the fact that when I was in an extremely tough state and she knew about it, she still did nothing. But now when I'm mostly ok she's keeps asking like "are you ok", and stuff like that. If anyone is going through depression, please tell your parents. And if you don't trust them please tell a friend or consider seeing a therapist. 🖤

“Are you okay?” Simple yet powerful. We wouldn’t be listening to ASMR like this (as much anyway) if we were okay. It’s slightly embarrassing that I listen to this stuff, but it does me a lot of good, and I appreciate this channel and other ones for doing this. As a tusundere i can only say that we can struggle to notice if your depressed or have any other diagnose, feeling sad or anything like that we kinda struggle to understand how people feel ((my opinion and based on my experience))
This is my 8th time listening to this and im not ashamed. Long story short ive been hurt more than enough i hide my emotions so well i hide them from myself and forget to cry and ever sence i found this vid whenever i feel down but cant cry i watch thus vid and it helps somehow. Thx for the audio.
