Well done with the proactive hand care, Nikita! So glad you've discovered hand conditioning and chinese trauma medicines at an early age - it will serve you well. If you can, try to find someone to teach you the iron palm qigong sequences to speed up tissue healing and multiply the effect of the medicines, too. At least some of them will also directly strengthen your hands further. Best of luck with your career and your health, mate!

Knew a guy who did steel hands for years. He used to be a sparring partner for some boxers, and they always said that getting hit by him was like a sledgehammer (gloves on) . Doctors couldn't even put a needle in his hand when going under the knife. One thing he did was spin his arm to increase blood flow, which would increase the healing and recovery time. Like others have said, you should have kept this training a secret. Good luck with it all. 👍
