In 2023, I can say that PES 2019 stands out as the best PES game to play. It strikes a perfect balance, offering a gaming experience that is neither too fast like PES 2018 nor too slow like PES 2020 and 2021. in pes 21, i feel like control lukaku but the name is neymar

desert storm So true. People hype up PES every single year but still to this day people don't realise how lazy Konami are when it comes to this game. It's ALWAYS a copy/paste job from the previous year, nothing changes, not even the presentation.

I don't care about fifa,it's not even an option for me. I complain about what i love to play. I am not looking for a big improvement in one year but usually i see something different with the gameplay but this is not the case this time ( i hope i am wrong).

Mr Plus even if u play pes 19 then also u wont find difference between pes 18 and pes 19 because gameplay is almost same as i have played the game and pes 18 was worst pes ever in gameplay. I wasnt a fifa fan but this year i have to say EA has improved fifa gameplay they deserve a thumbs up. Gameplay in fifa 19 feels more realistic and better than fifa 18 . So there is nothing to complain about fifa but pes deserve to be thrown away even konami has no right to sell their game so costly when they dont offer anything better to gamers even they lost european licenses with the help of that they were able to gain much and fake popularity. So pes is dead now and fifa is ultimate King and will remain like that.

Superstar is easy. Legend is no joke, every AI player play like c.ronaldo or messi even for 50 rated players, scripted asf but its fun, play every match like a final.

I have pes 2018, pes 2019, fifa 2018, fifa 2019. In my opinion pes 2018 is the best game. Pes 2019, has better graphics, but it' s kinda boring. Pes 2018 is fun like pes 2006 was. Fifa 2019, has the best player run, but it's like a cartoon, and it seems you don't have enough space on the pitch. But the crowd and the commentary are top class. Fifa 2018, is the worst football game I ever played. For me, Pes 2018..Fifa 2019..Pes 2019.

Id be cool if you can collect shirts from other players and your clubs. Like a gallery. You speak to a player after a game and he gives you his shirt and u can put it on a wall or something. Also a gallery of pictures with players and your biggest goals in your career

They look virtually the same, I play both PES and Fifa every single year without fail but PES fans hype up their game every single year saying so much has changed then when you play it, there's virtually no difference. This video pretty much shows that. Everyone gets caught up in the hype of a new release but then after a few months of playing the same problems still exist.

I'm not trying to be negative but I'm starting to see a pattern here. Don't we always get excited for the same things at the beginning. Better pace, no op crossing, more humanlike ai, more fouls etc... but in the end those same bugs have hindered pes down for like 4 years. Am I correct?

Darren Fair it's football. Not a big budget RPG that takes 4 years to make lol. The sport itself doesn't change. All they can do is keep the presentation up to date and make a balanced offline and online in 10-12 months.

PES 18 passing with any team was awful because Konami used Barcelona DNA why smaller teams acted the same way , the AI perfect passing , every opportunity the AI had they would do the lop pass and they were in at goal it was stupid . I loved PES 17 alot really enjoyed my champions league campaign with my Arsenal ,but PES 18 Konami added scripting which was that bad ,PES 18 was full of it and PES fanboys were defending this lol , PES fans always say their game is more realistic It's total crap. As for PES 19 it looks better as in variety of passing and build up play , plus the catch up mechanic has gone which will be interesting to see .Yes Konami have improved PES from 18 but that's not hard , PES 20,21 might see a revamped PES :)

Pes 2017 better? Most of goals I scored in pes 2017 was from cross header, also I've never got freekick because there's no fouls given, they solved that problem in pes 2018, at least I've got few freekicks..

mohd ikram I don't know about any being better but the headers in 2018 were infuriating, in 17 it was overpowered but in 18 it's so weak it's unrealistic. 9 times out of 10 your header was weak, no matter the player. If you ask me I prefer overpowered

Dark Genesis I don't mean overpowered, in pes 2017 cross was too assisted, it's guaranteed goal..you will know you're gonna score before you cross. Pes 2018 unpredictable

mohd ikram in that sense I agree, 17 was way too assisted , I truly hope they find a balance in 19 because 18headers were really poor, they made it seem like generating power with your head was impossible

Very robotic movements. Every player runs the same way. PES devs could have incorporated 5-10 unique running forms to enhance the variation in the way players run with and off the ball. Very minor tweak that could enhance the realism of this game.

How do the goalies catch so many shots on pes? Nowadays the majority parry the ball away. Keepers very rarely catch the ball mid flight from a 20yard shot. The lack of new animations year to year in pes has become frustrating. All the players seem to pass the same way. Manual passing doesn't help either. What about shooting animations for finishing a chance. Finesse shot or whatever it's called on pes does not look or realistic imho. Still will be buying pes like every year, as it's the only alternative football game

1st thing I noticed as with 18 as the AI move forward, there are 4-5 backheels in the move , now Id let it go as its Barca but in 18 every team you face has the same sort of play with back heels a plenty even in their own penalty box

A great way to ruin enthusiasm for a game release is to repeat the same shit over and over again. Also whoever you guys talk to at E3 clearly have no influence in the making of the game.

TheTrueBrits My opinion is that the gameplay in the video isn't comparable. The points being made are repetitive. In fairness I should have been clearer in that my comment was directed more at Konami's promotion of this game rather than this video.

TheTrueBrits Reading back it did look like an attack on your content so apologies for that. My worry is that their promotion of the game is killing it. Every day they post the same 3 pictures of Coutinho and boast about "New" features which are actually already present in PES2018. I am crossing everything that their announcements this month are worth the wait. Look forward to your next enthusiastic MyClub series ;)

TrueBrits trying to hype up PES 2019 acting like there's huge changes in this years release when they look IDENTICAL. Konami don't give a shit about improving their game, same gameplay, same menus, same presentation, all the players named in a retarded way " ROBERTO FIRMINO" but then you'll have "L. MESSI" makes no fucking sense whatsoever and looks a mess. Small things they could change to give this game a major overhaul but they NEVER do it. It's pure laziness. I'm assuming there's no new modes either? I guarantee nothing has been changed on Become a Legend/Master League etc.. What the fuck do they do for an entire year?

Suck my cryptic poon I didn't even know they discontinued supporting last gen console. Konami keep saying they reworked the animation but I don't see any difference since PES 2015. The arm flapping, foot sliding, awkward first touch still exists. There are so many issues with their animation system I can't mentioned them all.

I don't know if you know anyone who works on the game TrueBrits, unfortunately, Konami is a crap company, so they likely don't take much feedback, money is, after all, the bottom-line. I still can't believe that this game doesn't have analog sprint, a feature FIFA has had, for this entire console generation. I plan on playing this game, but, I will not move forward with the game if nothing changes, they're starting to stall again. I remember asking for this, in 2014, that was around about the time I stopped playing, or was that '16? PES will always be the somewhat of an ugly duckling it seems.
