that would be awesome tbh, by now, the game has been out so long, I guess most of us have played and/or watched so much PES 2020 a PES 6 realistic ML would be much more interesting until PES 2021 comes out

I aged about 10 years just watching that match. When the ball broke in the box for Raul’s 2nd I actually half leapt out my seat like you would watching a real game 😂 quarantine has made me lose it.

@@borjankoprivnjak6855 players age and u can buy players but no form of youth team so u have to rely on buying players/regens (same regen system as now except the regened players are free agents which still need transfer fees because reasons)

That was really intense! I'm really enjoying this series. Each time I watch this it makes me sad how the game went from this to a really rigid and heavily scripted game, the game has lost its soul

Stevo 202 pes 2 and ,6 are my best games on ps2, on PS3, pes 13, was my favourite, on PS4 pes 15. As lots of ways getting lots of good goals

Oh god, the nostalgia. I actually forgot how hard this game was. No wonder I used to be so good, imagine playing this full time on hardest difficulty. Master League was even harder. I do have to say, I was the undisputed King on my school and neighborhood. All those tournaments we played on internet cafes or that one rich kids(who has PS2) house. Man those were the days.

I think you could also do it on the PES 6 too if I'm not mistaken. I remember there was another tactic like that: instead of classic L1+Shoot, this time right after you press Shoot, immideately press sprint button. I'm not sure if it was PES 6 or another game though.

@@jongbong1912 To be honest with you, I don't necessarily agree with you. I find it rater easy to chip on PES 2020 with classic L1+Shoot with players with decent finishing. As long as I time it right, I score almost every time with chipping 1 on 1.

@@DogukanSeptem assuming the goalkeeper doesn't squat on his line and not move, also the cancelling with R1 worked a lot better than the current way, just my opinion, I think the goalkeepers are dreadful, and they're not even the worst aspect of the current AI

Lovin the old games mate - so exciting to play and watch, keep it up, much more fun than PES 2020! PES 10 has a really good ML bty - that version of ML was only there for that year but it's good, nice menus, decent amount of stuff happening without the pointless / endless cut scenes of future years. The game play is also surprisingly good, much better than I remember.

For such an old game that has been developed on PS2 era engine - it's good and so enjoyable to watch. Ok, it had its issues, but all overshadowed by immensely fun gameplay!, Btw keepers in this game were 🔥the ball is more loose, they punch it everywhere. I comparison in pes 15-20 90% of gk punches: the ball has the same, artificial trajectory and goes on the corner.

One thing I love about pes (when they dont patch the game to heck 😡)is the long range shooting and the goalkeepers. In fifa the goal seems to small, and the long range shooting is glitchy as all get out.

I remember there were mods for stadiums which had 3d grass and lighting all like improved but it made my pes6 lag at the time because my pc was weak for it. Maybe dig up such stuff and try it out.

I died, while I do think that PES 6 is amazing, I still prefer 20, but there is something to be said here, if they just took Pes 6, put the physics and players movement that isn't based on arrows, and upgraded the graphics, it would be the best game ever... Basically we just need a fusion of 2006 and 2020

Didnt this version have double touch skill with pressing R2 and directional button? It felt so much rewarding to sway defenders that way... damn I miss the old PES.. the player changing system was very on point, if timed right, sliding tackles were performed to the direction us users intended, not like current iteration of PES 2020. I dont know why Konami just decided to SIMULATE the outcome of the game by nerfing little things of what users can do rather than have the outcome decided by users skills and understanding and reading of the situations.

You watch this & it makes PES2020 so dull in comparison. There's no intelligent attacking AI like on this, no goalmouth scrambles or edge of your seat stuff. Why don't Konami just make a remastered version of this game!!?
