In this session of the TTI 2024 Workforce Development Learning Community, NASMHPD’s Raul Almazar discusses the concept of Organizational Wellness and how it relates to workforce issues. He helps audience members understand the impact of historical and organizational trauma on organizational function, and thus the importance of fostering trauma-informed organizations. Raul explores some practices that other entities have put in place to strive for organizational wellness.
