Hi golu di I’m a nurse in fortis hospital mohali and I want to suggest you that if kids having constipation that give half tea spoon isabgol with water 150ml or light warm milk befor bed time or if they having issue of loose stool than give it with curd it helps them. Also there are some different methods to consume isabgol for adults 1)Isabgol with Water Take 1-2 teaspoon of Isabgol. Mix with 1 glass of cold water. Have it to get relief from acidity. 2) Isabgol with Milk Take 1-2 teaspoon of Isabgol. Mix with 1 glass of lukewarm milk. Have it at night before going to sleep. Use this remedy for effective relief from constipation. 3) Isabgol with Curd Take 1-2 teaspoon of Isabgol. Mix it with 4-5 teaspoons of curd and take this mixture right after meals. Use this remedy for effective relief from diarrhea. 4) Isabgol with Lemon Take 1-2 teaspoon of Isabgol. Add lukewarm water to it. Squeeze ½ lemon to it. Drink it preferably on an empty stomach in the morning for weight loss. 5) Isabgol with Buttermilk Take 1-2 teaspoon of Isabgol. Add to 1 glass of buttermilk. Take this to improve digestion. 6) Isabgol with plain Oats Take 1-2 teaspoon of Isabgol. Add to your bowl of oats in the breakfast. Have this to regulate cholesterol level. Soak kishmish, dry anjeer and dry dates in water overnight. Give it to kids in morning. Make them.drink tye soaked water too. Give them lots of papaya, dahi, prunes and pears.
