Erika is awesome! Why isn't she more famous! This group is "Crazy Good!" Individually, they're all perfect! These 8, I call, "The Great Eight." THIS, is the true "Tuba Skinny!"
What a pleasant surprise! Erika, I wouldn't know how to feel being able to sing like you do. Welcome back, I hope you stay a while, my ole bones needs an up lifting that you bring. Kisses
My favourite moment in this video is during the first vocal, just after the bridge, and Jason's look of disgust when he fails in his attempt to execute a passing deprecated 12th with flatted 5th (degree of difficulty 9.3) ... And Craig Florey's solo, totally devoid of some of his effects, simple and sensitive. Erika's sympathy for the history and great standards of C&W adds to the standing of this band.
Love this, and I miss Jason on banjo being in the band. He played some real fine solos He is playing on 2 songs on their latest CD/Vinyl release "Hot Town." Max is the regular banjo and guitar player, does just as well, and Greg also, who sings as well. Real fine musicians.
