Uhh. Love these guys but what makes this more real than any music coming out nowadays? They are just doing covers. I would say writing your own song would be more real and authentic than imitating music from a bygone era. Theres nothing wrong with that but i guess i dont understand what makes it “real”

A couple other singers who eschew the vibrato: Reba McIntyre & Neko Case. Just pure clear notes, right on pitch. Vibrato is often used as a crutch by lesser singers.

It's actually a cornet but you are spot on. She is a fantastic musician. She is also an amazing pianist as well - there seems to be no end to her talents.
