You have to remember the circumstances of the marriage I’m sure to get the paperwork sent to tommy he had to explain the situation so i don’t think they have to be married for at least a year. If they lawyer up the court is going to be on tubbos side because if he GENUINELY didn’t know he was getting married and they have Phil testify that tubbo didn’t realize that the wedding was fully real even the paperwork till recently my guess is the marriage will be easily annulled because tubbo wasn’t a willing participant. And the wedding wasn’t of his own free will. Because until Scott said he was ordained he didn’t know it was real.
@@Ace0ffline oh yeah I know that Britain uses a judge system instead of a jury system and only one party has to be accepting of the divorce for it to occur, the only thing the other party has to do is sighn papers, it’s not nearly as annoying as in the states where you have to go and divide your stuff and you both have to get lawyers and then after that you have to get your former partner to sighn the papers.
Tubbo must have gone to his lawyers and explained to get the papers sent or something because there is something in place legally that must protect the non participating party in the divorce.
Poor tubbo he can't get a divorce on the other hand if tommyinnit want to marry molly he would need to divorce tubbo or he will be arrested for marrying two people
