Tubing mascaras have become my favorite variety of Mascara. It is long lasting, resistant to flaking, typically easy to remove. Instead of coating your lashes with pigment, like regular mascaras, tubing mascaras wrap each lash in water-resistant, tube-like polymers.
Hands down, my favorite tubing mascara is the Thrive Causmetics Liquid Lash Extentions. This one does a great job lengthening lashes. Another decent option for short lashes is the Hourglass Unlocked Mascara and the Em Cosmetics Mascara. For a boost of volume the Kevyn Aucoin Volume Mascara is a great product.
Great for bottom lashes is the DHC Double Protection Mascara, the Clinique Long Wear Mascara, and the MAC Gigalash Mascara.
I found the Blinc Amplified Mascara to be a very dry formula which might be best for those looks for a natural Lash look.

I love the thrive mascara. You can even sleep in it and wake up and they are still almost perfect.I also have very watery eyes and it stays. I have super straight lashes and it’s one of the only mascara that doesn’t go flat after I curl them.

I always use dhc one. It's the only tubing mascara I've ever tried but I was so happy with it upon the first try that after that I've stopped looking for other mascaras. I haven't used any other mascara in years 😅

Thrive is my ultimate favorite. Runner up for me is the newer Hard Candy tubing mascara in the pink tube...it comes in several colors and is much cheaper.

Do any of them curl the lashes a bit ? I’m looking for definition and curl . I have long , straight lashes . I’m a redhead. So they’re pale . Can’t tell I have lashes without mascara. A little volume would be nice too . Lift , separation , curl and a little volume without being caked . Which do ya think will give me that ? Thank you ❤️

I love tubing mascaras too they are the only thing I wear, everything else I always end up with racoon eyes. My absolute favorite used to be Clinque's flutter to full mascara, it was SO good and then it got discontinued. Still looking for my next favorite.

Have you tried the Glossier Lash Slick yet? That one is really nice and doesn't feel heavy, but removes super easily. The Thrive is great, but some people mention it can be a bit much and not so natural looking.

I will only wear Tubing mascara bc I love the ease of taking it off. I have only tried the No. 7 one and the Clinique power lash. I am always looking for a good priced one. Thanks for posting this video. I am glad to hear about more options.

@@NOBSBeauty this is how I am! Although I do love the cover girl colossal and the Loreal voluminous with the Etude house fixer over them to make them stay put and the eyeko beach waterproof one. They all give me the look I love.

I agree. I love tubing mascaras. I read a list of best tubing mascaras on a beauty blog. They recommended a Japanese mascara I had never heard of before called Dejavu Fiberwig Ultra Long Lash and Tiny Sniper Mascara Set. You get two mascaras for $24.00. You get a regular mascara and a small mascara for your lower lashes of the corners of your eyes. They also have a great Volume mascara. I got in on Amazon. They gave me the longest lashes I've ever gotten with a mascara. I haven't tried it but Essence now has a $5.00 tubing mascara called No Panda Eyes.

I have the clinique one. I find it very hard to get off for a tubing mascara the loreal beauty tubes one is nice and comes off easy.

Love tubing mascara.... Just starting so not sure if you mention these.... Surprisingly the No 7 one is a good one super easy to for a natural everyday look. The Heimish Smudge Proof is another favorite. I need to pull my thrive back out and play with it. Edit: You know about No 7 ....🤣 OF COURSE you do! You're the best!

Best mascara for me is Essence Lash Princess. CRUELTY FREE, cheap and you get beautiful long and thick lashes 🥰

I'm not sure how to tell if a mascara is a tubing one. My eyes are very sensitive so I've discovered that my eyes are fine with maybelline. From the drugstore, I tried the new maybelline falsies lash lift since it was under $10 and came with a free liner. I really like it. Love when one never smudges, comes off easily, separates, curls, gives volume and can layer multiple coats. No need for fake lashes then lol

Usually in the description it will specifically say it is a tubing mascara. Sometimes it's in the description of how it washes off... It will say something like "formula removes easily with water and fingers and comes off in little tubes" or something along those lines.

I like the Thrive product but like almost as much the Milk Kush mascara also has volumizing fibers that are similar to a tubing mascara.

Hello ~ I really like Ur compare ! Do U ever try the " Trish McEvoy High Volume " one ? Giorgio Armani also got a black package one & a red one , CHANEL Le Volume De Chanel Waterproof , Surratt got lil one , Milk Makeup , ILIA Limitless Lash . I think that Blinc is their new formula...I may be mistaken. The OG formula, which I believe they still sell ... Is the "good" one.

I've been using L'Oreal Beauty Tubes for many years, once i found it. I never changed....now that there are many more on the market, I'm looking for another alternative that can give a bit more volume. I still love my Beauty Tubes though. I will try the Thrive. I am curious about the cheap ones like Maybelline and other really cheap ones though, also the Velour one which apparently has lash serum and good ingredients in it, which would be worth a higher price tag

I haven't tried the one from Loreal, it sounds really nice! I've tried dozens of mascaras and the Thrive is the one I keep going back to every time. The Thrive is great for volume and length. Sometimes I'll use another tubing mascara after it for a bit of definition, but if I had to pick one mascara for the rest of my life it would be Thrive. I also found I love their eye shadow sticks, so quick and easy!

My absolute favourite is a German drugstore brand one, it is only 4 EUR (4,50 $). I had picked it up because the one I had ordered was late arriving in the post. Imagine my surprise to find an excellent mascara at such a price......I've never looked back.

I use the mac giga lash on my bottom lashes only I havent tried the thrive yet but want to have u tried the Honest turning mascara that has the primer on one side it looked like it had tons of good reveiws. My favorite mascara is the ilia mascara right now the first one it's not tuning though but makes my lashes huge.

I want to get the thrive mascara for my mom for her birthday. But she says her lashes don’t stay curled unless the mascara is waterproof I’m wondering if the thrive mascara keeps your lashes curled? Any recommendations?

I think you should get it for her- I have a feeling she'll love it. The polymers in the Thrive actually do a good job keeping lashes curled. Once they dry they tend to tighten the lashes just slightly which results in keeping them curled pretty well. I get this mascara for everyone and they all seem to love it as much as I do. This Mascara has ruined the joy of trying out any other mascaras, which is good and bad, lol! I also love Thrive's Brilliant Eye Brighener- it is kind of like an eye shadow stick but it really does a beautiful job!

How do you know if the mascara you’re buying is a tubing mascara? Does it say “tubing” on the label?

It's really annoying but most of them don't say "tubing" on them. One good trick is to look for polymers in the formula. Tubing mascaras often use those instead of waxes. Here's a list of common polymers from Wikipedia: The list of synthetic polymers, roughly in order of worldwide demand, includes polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, synthetic rubber, phenol formaldehyde resin (or Bakelite), neoprene, nylon, polyacrylonitrile, PVB, silicone, and many more. Another tip off is how they recommend removing it. Usually for tubing mascaras they say to simply remove with warm water and nothing else. Hope that helps a litte, it would be so nice if all the Cosmetics companies were more transparent.

A tubing mascara you will know by the removal. A warm wash cloth to the eyes and slide down over your lashes and it comes off.

You're missing so many GOOD ones. Just not tubbing. I should make my video with all the non tubbing mascaras I use. People constantly ask if those are falsies. My boss one day low-keyed dropp a comment. Why do you wear lashes to come to work. I was like WHAAAAAT it was so funny 🤭 I can make em look natural , full, long, you name it. Love playing with mascaras. Just never water proof 😉
