Designed for maximum output of transformer core sheets with holes and V-punching. Optimized for production of two and three leg cores in full sequential cutting process.
The line consists of the following components:
• Decoiler
• Strip guiding and roller feeding system
• 1 V-notching tool
• 4 Hole punching tool
• 2 shearing tools (45°, 135°)
• Automatic stacking system with 5 independent stacking stations for fast and accurate stacking of step lap design
In full sequence cutting sequence, the machine produces stacks of identical height and identical number of sheets by automatic compensation of tolerances in the material thickness.
