That type work is not easy and it isn't cheap. The equipement needed to tig aluminum is alone big bucks and it's just the beginning. JB Weld won't hack it. You did a great job and it will perform better than new! 🤠👍

We often get people that down talk the things we do like it's nothing or commonly done which is not true. 🔔😎 Old machinist said to thread a hard carbon rod like a bolt, screw it into the remaining threads, then weld. Aluminum won't stick to carbon. When done unscrew the carbon bolt, dress the threads and bingo, 1/3 the time. 👍👍😎 YeeeeHaaaaw!!! 😁
