You are so wrong about English managers not becoming good because of managers coming from other countries. English manager are not good same as English players not winning Ballon D'or or similar things because of two reasons: 1. English media and fans inflate both managers and Players heavily and they actually think they are really something world class which they aren't. E.g. Saka, Rice, Foden are good but not world class 2. English managers are arrogant, delusional and are not ready to start from bottom and work their way up or be assistant to a great manager. E.g. Lampard, Gerard all think they have the rights to be Chelsea, Liverpool etc manager.
