Just try to make sure you got the basics covered in any kit you make. -Cutting: A cutting tool -Combustion: A combustion device/a way to make fire. -Cover: Cover elements -Containers: Containers -Cordage: Cordage -Water: A way to purify water. This could be under container as well because you could boil it to make it drinkable. Make sure you are using your gear as well. You don’t want to be in a bad situation and not know how to use a piece of your kit. Hope that helps.
