Tsar Trail the Alpha RTT we have had a telescoping ladder. Since it’s a TuffStuff product also I wonder if the width and mounting is the same cause it should bolt right in otherwise.
They do make a very good tent. Not sure why the still make the in un- protected side of the soft Tents just like the Tuff Stuff tent we have. It is a bummer to see that part of the tent dent and dimple with each use. But then again some of the 23zero models still come without the aluminum diamond plate protector too. The new cvt hardshell looks pretty good too.
Great video, I myself just bought a Roam RTT with the Annex but still in the box need to get the chance to use it. It’s just so hot here in East Texas especially with the humidity. I’d like to see a video of y’all giving tips on camping in hot climates.
We have switched over to an organic Topper. It is so much better. Much more comfortable. It comes in 1" and 2". The link is in our Amazon store. It's a little more expensive, but well worth it.
Great question. You have to use a anti-condensation mat under the mattress. And if free tent gets wet, it needs to be left open to dry. Or if you are traveling, opened up with in a day to dry out. We jabber followed those simple rules and hands had no mold problems. It is also a good idea to treat the tent with a water seal spray once a year. Just let it air out after so you are not breathing the fumes. It really is pretty easy. You can be in rain for days with not problems as long as the tent gets opened a lot. Like to sleep each night. The tent will not mold when it is open. Even if you are in days of rain. The real mold risk is when it is left wet and closed up for too long. Hope that helps.
@@6kidsand8cupsofcoffee yes, if the roof of the van has rails or a way to mount a rack to support the weight of the tent plus paople. We have seen several vans with RTT's on them.
