Met Tuff years ago at Iowa State Fair when he was in his hey day. I was walking with my daughter thru the horse barn when she stopped and pointed with a smile and said that's Tuff daddy. He heard her and came over and talked to her. Made her day. He was a really nice guy.

You can see the pain in Tuffs eyes. Heartbreaking. I’m surprised he shared as much as he did. He was visibly shaken up still after all these years.

Tuff's loyalty to Lane is just epic. He may have the name 'Tuff' and he may be a bad-ass on bulls, but Tuff, you were always a good person. Lane just helped bring that out of ya, behind the typical "cowboy persona". And I'm glad he did. Mad respect to you. Enjoy your golden years and know your pal is smiling down on ya.

We quit riding bulls after those 2 movies came out. We weren't into waiting 2hrs on these pretty cowboys that came out with new gear after the movie riding the practice bulls on Thursday nights.Good and bad came from those movies.RIP brother

It was a rough day and night for all of us CFD after that for me was never the same! But more history and Facts a 🇺🇸 USA Air Force Thunderbird pilot died almost near the Statue of Lane Frost in Frontier Park... a Hero ! T-38 Flamed out on Takeoff 🛫 and the pilot and his incredible skills to... clear. The campers and Trailers and crashed into the Bull Pen killing a Bull and the pilot ejected and flew a considerable distance sideways to the Left of the aircraft and hit a hot dog 🌭 stand and stopped by the fence where Lane Frost statue is! I have more, but that’s all I am going to say about that

When you lose a soulmate, a best friend, there is no pain like that. No words to describe that kind of hurt. And it isn’t the loss that hurts so much as the fact that you have to walk the earth for the rest of your life and nobody else understands you. The only person who actually understood you..is gone. The loneliness will take your breath away..💔

My son used to ride horses with a kid named Lane (now 17, named after Frost) and our son, 16, is named Ty for Ty Herndon and Ty Murray. The only movie we ever watched in our camper at the county and state fairs was 8 seconds. Our son left the horse world for baseball but he misses it and his plan is to be a chiropractor that works with athletes in general and wants to be at rodeos to adjust the cowboys.

When I was, 16 years old I was, in my Sophomore year in 1989 when I saw the movie 8seconds it was, the best movie that, I ever seen and, than that's when I heard that, Lane Frost has, died you, felt like you lost your brother cause at time I wished that,Lane Frost would've come to my HighSchool and, met me in person that, would have Awesome but unfortunately that didn't happen I would have, met Tuff Hedeman cause he made felt like a, hero just like Lane Frost did the Cowboy Tradition Legacy needs to continue when I was,a baby 1972 I grew up on a, ranch in Buckeye Arizona. To:The Frost family I'm very sorry for the of your son Lane Frost my many prayers for the Frost family and,God bless I wish we could keep our Cowboy Legacy and,our Tradition a,live my many prayers I hope that, Clyde and,Elsie Frost will read this this is from my heart 👼👼👼👼
