A friendly Tug o' War competition held during the 2023 Tomintoul Highland Games between members of Ballater Pipe Band and international guests attending the Games. This was a win with two pulls to one for the visitors team.
The Tomintoul and Strathavon Highland Games have been held for over 175 years and this friendly Games includes traditional heavy and light events, highland dancing, piping competitions, children's races and fun events like tilt the bucket and barrel racing.
