TUGS - Castle Vision Acquisition Launch (June 1988)
This piece is from a showreel video for Castle Communication's brand new video label, "Castle Vision", which would launch on June of 1988. The tape was generously donated to us from the former GM of Castle, who graciously let us preserve its contents. Out of the entire reel, this is the only TUGS related content.
You will notice this trailer utilizes the infamous "Sizzle Reel", albeit in a shortened form. While we are happy to share a high quality version of this coveted piece, we understand the possible disappointment from not presenting it in it's complete form. Please be assured, we did not cut or alter the viewing contents of this piece; it is presented as-is on the reel itself. A sympathetic restoration was undertaken in preparation for proper scaling. Since the source material is VHS, we felt it extremely important to preserve as much of the original tape characteristics without it getting butchered by RU-vid's compression. Please watch this find in 4K.
We hope in light of this release, those who have the whole thing can come forward and allow for a complete viewing of this historic piece.
