Wow the cabin looks lovely x this was really helpful as we fly with them next September in Premium x thanks so much for sharing - we enjoyed watching from your newest subscribers x
Thank you so much for your comments. We have more videos in the pipeline including Air France and KLM long haul business class booked in for later in the year.
Niiice, i upgraded to premium from economy twice coz i didn't know what the hell i was doing when booking at first, but tui was glad to help and with assisted travel..i cant wait for this experience and im going montego bay too😁this vid made it a blast of excitement. Thanks you
We flew premium in June to Cancun on TUI dreamliner. Never again. We were informed the night before that there was no entertainment outbound as it wasn't working. The power point in the arm console didn't work either so no ipad charging. Call buttons didn't work. They gave us a £10 voucher to spend on food at the airport. Bearing in mind we were in the premium lounge what good was that. Return was nearly as bad with only part of the entertainment working, limited drinks and no pillars or blankets (someone had forgotten to put them on at Newcastle!).
So you immediately write to their CEO, yes, and you state your case and request a reimbursement of some of your costs. Hold TUI accountable or they'll keep their planes in a filthy unacceptable state
Hello, thanks for the video. We have booked the same row for a family trip to Florida. Do the seats recline ok? I am worried they won’t at the back. Thank you.
Make sure you take wipes to clean around your seat & table. It was filthy when we flew with them & also the toilets were dreadful. Saying that the service was spot on.
We are flying Tui dreamliner premium in May from Manchester to Jamaica and hearing really disturbing reports of planes changed at the last minute, no entertainment, limited drinks, cancelling or changing flights times / dates.Really concerned about this.
Can you let me know if row 7 in Premium has a window and a solid wall at its back, if you know of course. I’m getting different scenes on U Tube some with window and no back. Any info would be great. Thank you
Hi Andrena, row 7 on the Dreamliner does not have a window unfortunately so personally I would avoid it. The bulkhead behind row 7 is only on the Boeing 787-8 variant. The 787-9 variant is larger, it has an additional 2 rows in premium economy. There’s still no window in row 7, but the larger aircraft has the bulkhead behind row 9. In either case, there is no restriction on the recline of the seats with a bulkhead directly behind them.
@travello_reviews4307 First of all thank you so much for your important feedback. Just I want to be more sure, I can recline my seat easily and won't have difficulties because of the bulkhead behind, right?
what seat number is this i might be flying tui this year to Orlando Melbourne Orlando international from manchester in premium economy it will help me alot if i know what seat number this is
I flew with Tui to Montego Bay last summer. It was a nightmare. The flight was jam packed and there was loads of blokes on there who were clearly drunk. One urinated on himself, it was all down his trousers. Then some of them started to make nasty comments about white ppl. Next week I am flying premium and hope it won't be as hectic. I was going to fly with BA business class, but they wanted 4K extra for that. No way am I shelling out 4K for Biz class. It's not worth it. It's like spending 2K/night in a hotel. Never gonna happen. It's not value for money
Looks like you were in Row 9 which I think is just in front of the toilet. We were once in that row coming back at night from Barbados and were bothered by the noise and dare I say the smell later in the flight. Row 7 also doesn’t have any window I recall.
Will never fly tui again , flew Manchester to Montego Bay only to have our 2 week holiday cancelled after 4 days , not even an email or anything when we got home . Some passengers from Scotland had to fly to Gatwick and be bused home ......never again
@@CryptoBreakingNewsVideos I live in the north and not used Manchester in over 20 years. As a regular traveller to the Western USA there isn’t a single airline that does a non stop flight now to either LA or Vegas. Furthermore, even when Virgin Atlantic did have flights from Manchester they weren’t daily and furthermore, even now there still isn’t a clubhouse lounge there. If I’m flying upper class I want the full experience both on the ground and in the air
We flew with TUI to Mexico this February. Never again. It is such a pretend airline. 5 hours into the flight, I asked for a can of Diet Coke and wasn't allowed one. The cabin was filthy. The entertainment is pretty much non-existent, parts of the toilet were stuck together with gaffer tape and one of the FAs called his colleague 'babes' for the entire journey, which got right on my nerves. Spend an extra hundred quid, book BA and at least know you will have a pleasant flight.
@Stewart McGill totally agree with you. We just flew Friday 19th Aug to Jamaica and it was the worst flight of my life ... and we always fly with them to Jamaica.... food was spoiled , dirty plane ...
Travelled premium economy with tui June this year to cancun. Biggest waste of money in my life. Cabin crew couldn’t give two shits. Could hear them talking about getting pissed and partying whilst waiting for the front loos. Bar service ended 2 hours before landing. Crew had faces like a miserable 13 year old teenager, food was shite and refused the so called English breakfast. List goes on and on.
I will never again fly with tui, same aircraft, very dirty and tired inside, ife was very old too and desperate for an update . No pillow or blanket in economy. Couldn’t justify the extra £1200 for my family to fly premium and glad I never . Lessons learned
Tai really need to retrofit all of their Dreamliners - their product now is so outdated. Entertainment systems are a joke and the food looks pretty poor. Virgin and BA are miles ahead.
No issues on our flight with children on premium. We also took our children twice premium so far long haul and they have been brilliant. If I could afford to take them business class I would also do that.
