You are just brilliant! God knew we needed someone with an engineering background to figure out all the best ways to make unique cards. I’m so glad He chose you! Let be you bunches, Jennifer!😊
I try to watch/listening all the ads (so RU-vid knows I love you) before your videos and after making dinner (prep, cook, plate it) to Dr.Gundry's pitch around 20+ minutes I really was happy when you came on and I could watch crafting! Thanks for the video.
You picked the perfect images and colors for these cards... so delicate. These are the FRESHEST card designs I’ve seen using bees and honeycombs. I’m getting that kit so it’s wonderful to see you using it here. Also I must say I’ve viewed to your previous tulle card video many times. I haven’t made any cards with tulle yet, but being a seamstress, I have lots on hand so it’s in my future 🔮 🐝
I love shaker cards and I guess I missed the previous tulle video because it's a new technique for me! I LOVE this idea and I'm looking forward to playing with the concept! Thanks SO much for all of your clear design driven tutorials. Truly appreciate all of your hard work, and tremendous talent!
I made a friendship card for a friend back in 2002 which would also be lovely as a Valentine’s card. I created a gold leaf heart on the front base of the card (I used Strathmore ivory deckled edge blank cards) and then cut out a golden sparkle tulle heart a bit smaller in size. Before I adhered it, I added some dried red rose petals and some dried lavender. I glue the edges of the tulle heart down and then trimmed the edges with fancy gold fabric trim. I also lined the envelope with gold paper and sealed it with a wax seal. If I must say so myself, I was quite proud of how it all turned out. I gave the card to my friend at a military spouse’s meeting and when she took it out of the envelope, she and several other women gasped. She said it was the loveliest card she had ever received. I really should make more just like it!
Oh Jennifer I just love the soft look of tulle with the pastel flowers and honey comb die. You really lifted me out of a creative lump with this whisper soft hint of spring
Thank you once again - inspiration is always appreciated. As a quilter I have yards and yards of fabric bits a pieces of this or that. Instead of using tulle (did not have any on hand) I opted to use fabric as the background behind the die cut window. Used the same method of double sided adhesive tape to build up my layers, then stamped small floral/animal etc images onto the fabric, assembled the card as described. The final card produced gave the look of using a background stamp. Thought sharing this might give some ideas to others. It also might solve the problem of wanting a background stamp yet not having one on hand, or one that matches the theme of the card you are making.
Thank you for taking the time to show us your wonderful ideas. All your cards are beautiful. Love every one. God bless you and your family. Keep well. Stay safe. ❤️
Jennifer you never fail when it comes to going the extra mile with your design work. Thank you for taking the time for clear explanations with different techniques. I appreciate all your hard work. Hugs, Lynda
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these cards. I remember your older tulle video and how much I loved that one too. Have a wonderful week and TY for all your AWESOME ideas that you share so willingly with us!!! 💕
I love the fact that you are so detail-oriented with your work. It really makes the difference. This card is very unique, and I'll be trying it. Thank you, and I hope you have a great 2021!
So creative Jennifer. Love that you went back to stamping directly on the card (sentiment). Joanns has tiny cute gold bee embellies perfect for this shaker filler.
Oh wow!! So, so cute! I'm happy you did this again! I've enjoyed making and sharing many cards made with this since I seen your first video. It's also neat to use when you're out of vellum!! Thanks for sharing your talents!!! God Bless and stay safe!
Jennifer you’re killing me! Financially I mean! You are a master card maker. You have some of the best ideas out of all the people on the Internet that I see So I want to buy everything that you have to make the cards that you have done, they are fantastic!
I love it! This is my year of using what I already have. Thanks to you I am off to a good start. As always your cards are so classy and your instructions are easy to follow. Happy New Year and God bless.
Bee-utiful cards! Had to stop and run over to Hero Arts for this months kit. Thanks for showing technique that I’d never seen and for your time and talent. Stay safe this year!
I love the cards... so pretty.. and I love all the details.. Using the tulle is amazing... adds so much to the card.. Thank you for another great video...
These are great cards, I'm sure you Tulle bows are great too. I have no clue why I bought some white Tulle years ago but now I have a way to use it. Thank you for the great video
These cards are just amazing! Thank you so much for the demonstration on these cards. I found it to be so inspiring after being in a bit of a creative funk. I have some tulle that I now have a use for besides collecting dust. Thank you for all your hard work, inspiration, and really useful tips! 🤗
I'm thinking I could use a medium frame die for the inner space, and smaller shaped dies I have around the outside, to add interest, in place of little hexagons... this is inspiring, thank you...now I know how to build that dimension for the shaker elements...without using foam tape. yay
Thank u. Nice idea. I like how in so many of your videos u say it is ok that we don't have the exact items u r using & 2 use what we have in our stash. That is awesome. I have seen several masking stamp cards. Could u please do a video on masking metal die cuts on cards. Thank u. Have a great night.
Oh wow, these are beautiful cards! I love the tulle, it's so soft and pretty. I have to try this technique! Just as well I have some Tulle in my stash! Great video, many thanks! Stay well:-)
