I had the pleasure of seeing Tulsi Gabbard, former Congresswoman, Presidential Candidate, Army SOF veteran compete at the tactical games with her customized AR-15 #tulsigabbard #thetacticalgames
I wouldn't. She doesn't believe in your rights. Her record in congress shows her advocating for alot of gun control. She's there to get moderates to vote democrat
I know some folks are worried about her 2A voting record, but if she is “faking it” she’s working harder than any other politician at trying to convince us that she has changed. If you are around the 2A community as much as she is, you can’t help but be freedom loving.
Doesn't matter. Her time where it mattered in a position of power shows that she doesn't believe in your rights. She advocates that she can do it because she was in the military and was trained. When you have power is what matters. And when she had some power, she sided with the anti-gun crowd. She's a snake
@@Bdubs-ns7nn I used to be extremely anti gun to the point it’s embarrassing. If you’re unlucky enough to look at comments of old videos discussing guns you’ll find my stupid ass comments. I actually believed that a woman not getting raped because she has a gun was not worth the risk of allowing people to own firearms. Yeah…. I actually told someone that it doesn’t matter, out lawing guns is more important. If I had political power at that time I’d be signing stupid bills too. People can change their out looks and grow. It’s never too late. I’m giving her a chance.
@chickenguy4828 I understand people can change their outlook on topics. But a politician should never be trusted on word alone. They are in a position with power to act on the rights of others. The voting record is much more important. While I've personally known people to change their stance and you can tell they're sincere. A politician at that level is not a regular person.
@@Bdubs-ns7nnbut she admits it outright. She admits she was mistaken in her previous views. She grew up in liberal Hawaii with some of the most restrictive gun laws. Her first time seeing a rifle was basic training. She got outside of her bubble and took the time to understand other people's views around the US. She feels our constitution is under attack and has a new understanding of the oath she took to protect and defend the constitution of the United States. She had a red pill moment. You can't say that a congressman/woman is different because by the very basis of the position they are supposed to be member of the community elected to represent their district. She had distorted views that she owns and now sees the world very differently. Hell, even Trump was once a Democrat.
Impressive.. She's putting the work in.. That's the kind of person we need in office. Not afraid to get dirty and get shit done.. Koodos to this American.
This is what the president was supposed to be haha especially in a war time someone that was supposed to go into the field and be a general and fight with their people. Yes times have changed and this can be done differently but still the fact she can do it if needed is what a president should be …. But somehow Biden still won….
I am severely disappointed in the democrats for voting for Clinton over this inspirational woman. Tulsi would've destroyed Trump and then turned out to be a secret conservative and bridged the widening gap in politics.
Makes me wonder how long it had been since last she put her self through that level of stress? probably still less stress the dealing with idiots in congress.
@@MrMinuteman They're ALL puppets singing a sweet sonnet to please the ears. I have no loyalty to a political party or individual. I have a loyalty to God first, family, (some other stuff inbetween) and importantly the Constitution
She wasn't anti-gun per se, but she was in favor of more restrictive gun laws until she got out on the campaign trail and talked to folks in the rest of the country. Once she got out there and saw the rest of the country wasn't like Hawaii, she understood the need for 2A and shifted her stance. This is my honest take based on what I've heard her say in interviews.
I like you now Tulsi but you spent too much time doing the officer thing huh? Get that 4th point of contact in gear maam!! But I digress now Im thinking you might be the best VP choice
She’s been in actual combat. You know… fighting our enemies overseas. Where were you? Sitting in front of your computer during the war while drinking your Starbucks? 😂
@@porkpistol3346didn't know civil affairs could get a Combat Medical Badge. Yes she did serve as an officer in Civil Affairs unit. 17 years into her career. She was enlisted for 4 years as a Medic prior to going to OCS. She deployed to Iraq in 2004 for a year, wher she got the Combat Medical Badge. THE CMB IS AWARDED TO ANY MEMBER OF THE ARMY MEDICAL DEPT WHO PROVIDES MEDICAL CARE DURING ANY PERIOD WHERE THE UNIT IS ENGAGED IN GROUND COMBAT. She branched as an Officer in the Military Police and deployed again in 2008. She served as an MP until 2020 when she transferred to a California Reserve UNIT as a Civil Affairs Officer and made Lt. Colonel. She deployed again in 2021 as a Civil Affairs Officer attached to Special Operations.
