Hi Mike, this property is just beautiful. Question buying one off this condos what is included for $199? HOA fees? how many available?

The maintenance fees cover the exterior building maintenance including all of the common areas, lobby, rooftop, pool etc and including the water and electricity used in the common areas. Fortunately/unfortunately, the Purchase Contract was only just signed Tuesday this week on this one - mexicorealestatesolutions.com/property/moma-tulum-garden-2br/ I have a hunch however, that this one may be coming back on the market again soon!
