Ingredients:
1 kilo Tumbong (large intestines)
3 cups rock salt for cleaning
1st boil:
2 liters water
2nd boil:
2 liters water
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tbsp rock salt
3rd boil:
2 liters water
1 medium red onion
2 tbsp ginger
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
Pork broth:
1 pc pork bone
small pc liempo
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp magic sarap
1 medium red oinion
4 cloves garlic
thumb size ginger
1 stalk leeks
1 tbs patis
3-4 pcs sibot
2 1/2 liters water
oil for saute
Garnish: toasted garlic and spring onions
Also best served with JEBelicious CHILI GARLIC SAUCE.
