Tuna Fish Croquettes
In this video I will show you the preparation of delicious tuna fish croquettes. I am also preparing green peas as a side dish. It's simple dish and easy to make. I hope you like the recipe.
Ingredients for the tuna fish croquettes:
4 cans of tuna fish
5 eggs
2 medium chopped onions
3 tablespoons of flour
3/4 cup of walnuts
1/2 cup of cranberries o raisins (optional)
1/2 cup of chopped parsley
Minced garlic
Ingredients for the green peas:
1 lb of green peas
200 g of bacon
1 chopped onion
Minced garlic
Salt and pepper, to taste
Vegetable oil
Peruvian cuisine frequently uses a few very tasty condiments that may be a little hard to find. Always look in the international aisle of your supermarket.
