Basically the larger the can, the better the tuna inside it is. These days however everything has to be single serving for some reason, so it's getting harder and harder to find them. I regularly buy my tuna from this one specific brand that makes 340g cans. It's way better than the stuff in 160g cans because it's made from much larger chunks of tuna, and it's actually even significantly cheaper than any other brand I've seen, too. At the other end, 80g cans are absolutely ridiculous and I'll never understand why they even exist. They're much more expensive and the product inside is often crap even compared to the 160g ones. And I don't think there's someone on Earth who can't finish 160g of tuna in a day or two.
I always enjoy watching this video every time I make myself a giant tuna submarine sandwich. I know it is a older video (outdated fishing techniques) but still makes me appreciate what I'm eating. Thanks for sharing.

Huh? they don't do it like this now? Any video on how we or the Asians do it now? I'm an asthmatic. I can't eat seafood, but for some reason, I can stomach canned tuna. Why? Is the tuna cooked? Braised? I don't get it.
I hate tuna I can’t stand the smell or the taste or anything I couldn’t stand it when coworkers made it it drove me nuts I wish I liked it but I just don’t know I’ve tried it many different ways in many different times and I just can’t take it
