2 cans Century Tuna (180 grams) or any brand of Tuna you like
1 Pack Extra Firm Tofu (14 oz)
3 tbsp. Salted butter
1/2 White onion, finely chopped
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 Red bell pepper, minced
1-2 Green chilies
1 tbsp. Soy sauce
1 tbsp. Oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp. Calamansi juice
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp, Black pepper
1 tsp. White sugar
1 Egg
