Tuner Evolution is back in Philly this year, where it all began. This years show was huge and some of the finest cars on the east coast showed up this year. For me this show was important because last years show was my very first video I've ever filmed and I knew I had to make this one even more special to celebrate one year. Just like the previous years, the show is held at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA. The staff this year did another excellent job hosting one of the best shows on the east coast.
