In this episode, Bob and Greg delve more deeply into "tuning in", meaning living with more awareness of energy. We discussed a practice given by Vitvan to point to solid appearing objects and remind yourself, "This is a dynamic energy process." This simple practice contributes to awakening to a feel for the energy of people, places and so-called "things", which helps us to practice better discrimination in our choices. We also discussed a concept of Vitvan's called BPC, meaning a person's Basic Point of Consciousness. To reach, teach and form harmonious, mutually supportive relationships it is invaluable to be able to sense, and feel and know where a given person "is at", meaning their basic state of consciousness or level of development. We also discussed the way to set ourselves free from other's demands that would take us off of our true course in life, and how to avoid encroaching on that freedom for others.
