Radio is not working in the newly installed key largo 980 after manual and auto tunning.

Check with the installer.. Zero issues in this regard.. Has he connected the antenna ?

Yes...swipe from top and select screen off...or quick press power button once

how to turn off the radio.. because once it starts playing other than muting there is no way to turn radio off.. If i get a call, radio is still playing and cant hear anything from the call...

When you get a call, radio will automatically cut off... Please check with the person who installed it

Check your mobile setting if you have kept it in HIDDEN or NOT DISCOVERABLE
