You are such a chill dude and man your truck sounds great when its rippin'!! One thing that helped my lst trucks with idle stability was lengthening the fuel line and strapping the fuel filter to the rear tower, away from the engine. That fuel filter might be getting hot and vaporizing some of your fuel. Dude burnin nitro in your PJ's it doesnt get any better 🎉
I'm definitely digging the nitro rc. You have and post on how to hook upnthe radio on this? Im still way new to the nitro gang. I have 30 plus brushless cars and am trying to slowly figure my LST.
Cool! What size carb? You wanna try a carb. With different venturi.if that 1 doesnt already have.7.0,7.5, so on and so on.just an idea.you NEVER know what might the magic size.keep on keeping on!!
This is why I stick to brushless electric. Lacks the cool sound but that’s it. Like Traxxas fuel, Traxxas electronics suck. I always run castle. Far better. No idle gap, airleaks, lugging around fuel and wands or starter boxes. Just some charged packs and the truck. Much better for a typical 9-5 guy like me with 2 daughters and limited time for RC
I don't dislike electric like most I have a few scx10 mini8ight t just not interesting enough for me to RU-vid about them plus there are many other wat better channels to watch for the electric stuff
@@Nitro_rc_life funny thing, my comment aside, I have one nitro. A T Maxx classic. Your channel is making me want to fire it up. Electric can get boring. I’m contemplating selling 2 slash cars I barely use to buy some parts for the T Maxx. They are just so much more work.
@HNunyabusiness I do not believe one is more work than the other it how you look at it most electrics are far more abused than most nitros cause they are faster and jump higher but also more neglected. All my truck run and start every time cause during the week you RU-vid doesn't see that I Clean/change airfilters and blow them off with compressor and that's it I don't do anything special but I also live in a dry climate where after run oil isn't really needed
@@Nitro_rc_life I’m in Jersey. I was always an electric guy. Started out in 1986 with a Grasshopper. Then Blackfoot and finally the king. Clodbuster. Got out of it until the first E Maxx came around. Been in it ever since. Nitro is new to me, very cool, but looks like far more maintenance. However, I have a few electrics I never run just cause i find them boring. Particularly the Slash. I like big tire machines. Probably will sell them. Maybe get something else nitro. I’m converting I guess despite my first comment. So which one? Savage 4.6 or Revo 3.3?
