My 2 cents: I thought Tunisia was more fundamentally sound on offense. They moved the ball, penetrated and dished to the outside, they generated a lot of open shots, they just didn't make as many as they should have. Lebanon didn't move the ball much in the half court. In a lot of possessions, the shot is going up after only 2,3 passes no matter what. They relied on aggressive defense to create runouts, and they relied on good individual plays. Tunisia: good fundamentals, good guard play, just need to make open shots. Lebanon: needs better ball movement in the half court offense.
