Actually, I figured out there was a problem with the rubber tip missing on the choke plunger... and the bike responded much better... when I used a silicone substitute... which I had previously used... but it ... enlarges... absorbing gasoline, perhaps. Anyway, the material I used last, might have literally dissolved away. It was a somewhat fine black rubbery foam. So I returned the silicone which is not the best solution but thought to give it another try. It works ok, better, certainly than in this video. I have not uploaded a video of the improvement yet.
