the thumbs down are the haters who probably didn't even research him and what he did to break down the barriers between white folks then and black music. He put an injection into the black music and didn't care what the white folks thought then. Sadly just like then there is still ignorant people and also jealousies through false accusation easily injected someone's hatred and poisonous thoughts towards this man. if you a non Elvis fan but other singers, groups, whatever, just always remember he was the one that pave the way for all the different music that we love and enjoy today. he was the inspiration, and the starter of believe in yourself. He said there is a room for everyone in music. So hate or thumbs down all you like Elvis lives on. The Echo will never die. Good, kind hearted, humantarian men or women are never forgotten. Elvis he brought happiness to the heart of little, young and old generations to date.
I'LL TAKE IT. SURE COULD SHOW SOME FAKE ARTIST TODAY HOW HARD IT WAS TO TRAVEL JUST TO GET STARTED... SO UNREAL WITH ALOT OF THEM. APPRECIATE HIM.🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊
The young Elvis knew how to shake his hips and drive the girls wild! The Hipshaker and Singer supreme! What a Performer! What stage moves he had! Amazing! And he had cool slicked back Hair, too! They called it a Pompadour.
The most iconic, influential, popular and beloved figure in the history of rock and roll.....The KING of Rock and Roll....and the greatest entertainer/performer of ALL TIME !!!!!!!!!!!!
I was so born in the wrong era. To have a been a Bobby sock girl to Elvis fan is when I should have been. From dances to shows, it's sad to see that part no more. Seeing this makes me do what those girl do upon gettin close to him, cry; especially the knowing the heart and how ahead of times he was- truly the one and only. No victim card, no hate, and no filters just 100% authentically real.
And Elvis went on and became the GREATEST ENTERTAINER OF ALL TIMES ! Artist of the Century ! Elvis gave 1,684 Concerts and over 6,000 Live Performances during his career as a Entertainer Super Star, a astonishing and amazing achievement not surpassed by anyone ! And over 2.5 Billion Records sold Worldwide ! The Highest Selling Single Artist in the History of Recorded Music ! AND the Only Entertainer in the World that is a member of 4 Music Halls of Fame ! Rock 'n Roll, Country, R & B , and Gospel ! That's Why Elvis is the KING of Music !!!
I STILL THINK HE IS AND HE WILL BE TIMELESS 🕊 WHEN GOD TAKES ME I HOPE ELVIS IS CLOSE BY AND THEN MY DREAMS OF SEEING THE MOST GEORGOUS, GIVING HEARTED MAN AND MAKE SURE HE KNOWS WE NEVER FORGOT HIM. 🕊🕊🕊
Hello from WOW This footage of ELVIS is so clear and the sound quality is JUST AMAZING. We can only feel blessed that we can watch this 65 years on and see ELVIS into his 'JOURNEY' to fame and fortune and by this time he had 'made it. Although his JOURNEY WAS SHORT he crammed a lot into it. When he was a kid and then a teenager he was "DIFFERENT". His hair was different, he had his own "style" and got bullied for it but the other kids were JEALOUS really.
ELVIS PRESLEY PRINCE FROM ANOTHER PLANET TO KING IN EART. ELE VEIO PARA FICAR POR ISSO É SEMPRE ATUAL O MELHOR DE TODOS. DEPOIS DELE NENHUM OUTRO CONSEGUIU SUPERA_LO. DAQUI A MIL, DOIS MIL, CINCO MIL ANOS ELE SERÁ LEMBRADO COMO O GRANDE INOVADOR O REI DA JUVENTUDE O IDOLO IMORTAL, O MAIOR CANTOR DEVTODOS OS TEMPOS!!!.
During this dark Covid19 period, i came to Elvis for some inspiration and entertainment, boy he was a helluva entertainer even at that young age. This sure did hit the spot. Your name will live on forever!
It is difficult to place oneself in an era in which one's parents were but young grade schoolers. My parents would have been about 8 or 9 years old when this was filmed. Yet I find myself intrigued with Elvis, where he came from, and what he became. To see a man on stage just dancing around a bit and shaking his leg is very mild. But I guess in 1956 it was risqué. At least they say it was so. At any rate, this man created Rock-n-Roll Music as it were. I am proud to know that it was borne out of the Deep South. Elvis was as Southern as it gets. He could have taken Europe by storm as did the Beatles in the US. But Elvis will forever belong to the history of a great country that internally many try in vain to destroy.

I was born n 1953 as well. My brother was born in 1941 and played the guitar and Elvis was his idol. I grew up with Elvis music from the time I was a year old. I just loved him.
Elvis was so happy here. His Mother was right behind him watching from a shaded tent. Elvis'dream had came true. He was finally able to take care of his Momma and Daddy. This young man is still the greatest entertainer of all time.
Same here, i wish I was born 20 years before or step into a time machine back to 1956 & see Elvis live & I would want to stay in the '50's & never come back to 2020. My aunt saw Elvis live in Seattle in 1957 when he was on a west coast tour promoting his new movie "Jailhouse Rock". I used to know another guy who saw that same show & he said all you heard was the screaming & not the music. What an exciting era.
I first saw Elvis on the cover of the E.P. record sleeve in a shop window when I was 6 yrs old. I thought Wow wh's that and loved him from then on to this very day - I am now 71 yrs old and no-one has ever come close to how great he was.
Fearless, peerless young Elvis. 1956 must have been like a dream after all his years of struggle. The elders finally began to respect his art, his Mama was there to enjoy it, his movie career took off, he bought his first home, and so much more. He was only 21 years old and nothing seemed beyond his reach. Yet he managed to remain so cool, rooted and humble.
My Brother had the Elvis sideburns going on lol. We have been fans of Elvis it seems forever. The singing and movies we have seen them all. Thank you for sharing with us. Being a fan you never get tired if seeing the videos or movies. Long live Elvis!
Dear Elvis: A born entertainer, fantastic dancer, raw magnetism, in total command of his audience. No wonder people went crazy for him. Watching him even today I'm amazed by his star power.
Elvis was around 21 yrs old and absolutely on 🔥🔥🔥 he stayed hot too . He'd hold his laugh back singing. He couldn't believe the girls screaming lol. We're all totally blessed to have had him in this universe! He was total package, & I watch him daily. 💛💚💙💥🔥
The screaming was going against his grain. Seemed he didn't like it interrupting the governor or the beginning of a song. "Attention, if I can get your attention ladies & gentlemen."
Can you imagine his Mother and his Dad standing there watching this. There was just something magical about Elvis. Wow look at this crowd. Should have told folks what was yet to come. He changed so much when it came to music. I truly wish that Elvis would have never met Col. Parker so he could have toured outside of the United States. He not only held him back but robbed him for 50% of his earnings. He will always be the King ! And will never be forgotten.
His mother was really bothered by it and would have panic attacks and as result turned to drinking which eventually killed her. At one point she wanted Elvis to quit and "go back to how things use to be". She was a woman with a lot of mental issues in my opinion. When she died Elvis was destroyed and he never recovered which in my opinion eventually killed him. What ever she did with him wasn't normal nor how she reacted to his success.
That's the show I saw My God he was handsome and could he move Tupelo 56 i was TEN YEARS OLD IT WAS ON TV I THOUGHT I HAD BEEN STRUCK BY Lightening WE WENT NUTS WE DIDNT KNOW WHAT HIT US SCREAMED OUR HEADS OFF .I FELL IN LOVE With Elvis then And I still love him to day and follow him his life and his music The King forever and always 👑👑👑👑😢😢😢😢😢💔❤️💔❤️💘⭐️⭐️💘💞✨✨💜🎸✨✨✨✨👑👑👑👑
Stage full of talent. He was like a meteorite crossing our planet. I was born 1963. The looks helped his presence but the voice gets in your bones no matter who you are. Wow superb video thank you.
I was only 5 in 1956 living in Nj so couldn’t have seen Elvis. I remember watching live me tender on tv. My mom made my sisters and me be quiet during the movie. She was enamored with The King.
He played at our SPORTS ARENA in Savannah Georgia too in June 1956. I wasn't born but my late dad was there :) WOW 63 years ago. 13 YEARS BEFORE I was born lol
I bet you can recall a lot of great memories. I would of loved being in Germany then. My family were all in the service. Army, Marines and Navy branch. Long live the memory of Elvis!
I was only 11 years old when he come to Lubbock Texas and my Mom took me and my sister to see him at the coliseum. Oh my he was awesome. I didn’t care if he shook his leg or not he was just the most handsome guy ever. He still is .His songs are fantastic . He had personality plus. Will love him forever.
There was definitely a electrical surge when Elvis was on stage that day he was truly electricifing he was something else.what. An experience to have been there . no one will ever come close
The KING is always present in the hearts of his admirers. Greetings. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-fHf_V0JNW0A.html *SPANISH EYES* Guitar solo version by *Elvis Presley* in the style of *Santo & Johnny*
Can you see this guy today 2018, looks ,talent, unreal raw talent, yes Chuck Berry was great, but Elvis was from another universe. It so sad the young people from all decades did not get a chance to see a young 21 or 22 year old bad ass Elvis Presley. NEVER BE ANOTHER ELVIS. Just an unreal talent. Could dance, sing, and of course the great looks.ladies man, and a mans man.
The audience members would be even more ecstatic if they knew that Elvis would soon be considered one of the very greatest cultural icons in history and that subsequent generations would do anything to go back in time and see him at that moment.
J'adore ! Parce qu'il n'avait pas le droit de bouger le bassin : il y avait des flics qui surveillaient que rien d'"indécent" ne se passe... Mais il les regarde quand il fait son jeu de jambes !!! J'A D O R E !!!! Sacré Elvis ! Il n'y avait qu'un comme toi ! TU NOUS MANQUES !!!!! WE LOVE YOU FOREVER
