My question is, like this clip shows, when you steam salmon on the top steamer, and veggies on the bottom, how do you avoid salmon juice to drip on to the veggies? Especially when you don't want the veggies to have salmon taste?
@@cryptopianoman “The cooking method that best retains nutrients is one that cooks quickly, heats food for the shortest amount of time, and uses as little liquid as possible. Microwaving meets those criteria. Using the microwave with a small amount of water essentially steams food from the inside out. That keeps in more vitamins and minerals than almost any other cooking method and shows microwave food can indeed be healthy.” - Harvard
@@ScarlettDuchess You are not understanding microwave tech. There is no heat in microwaves. Heat occurs from the waves causing all the atoms to vibrate madly and rub against each other. making the heat. These vibrations at the molecular level alter the molecules they are in turning nutrients into never before seen molecules. Even scientists don't know what those new molecules are. They used to be nutrients and they are now hacked into unknown molecules and those are NOT nutrients or even healthy. Russia does not allow microwaves to be used in that country becuase of the dangers I mentioned.
