Have to get one of these! Also, when I came to the part where you were explaining the placement of the spiralizer attachments, "the two little notches go down, like your legs go down, and the one up top like your head..." I thought, I wouldn't be surprised if this dear lady was a homeschool mom! Very nicely demonstrated, thank you!

Excellent presentation! Several points I'd like to make: 1) you are very "to the point" as you describe this item and its uses so you include lots of good info in a short period of time. 2) you include key points about the item you're demonstrating, including details about how to set up the unit, how to use it, what to expect from the results of using this device. 3) you have several examples which are all useful to see how these various tools work -- all done in "real time" just as one might experience in their own kitchen 4) you encounter real world situations (such as the zucchini that was initially too long and you had to reduce the length for the device) and also include some interesting points such as starting out the 8 oz brick of cheese without the pusher but otherwise it's not necessary to cut the brick in half - just wait for the length to be reduced to where you now use the pusher. You also describe cost benefits such as the spiral cut zucchini that is much more expensive if purchased in the spiral form vs whole veggie 5) I like your attitude about including kids in kitchen activities. While I'm not sure that there have been scientific studies to prove that doing that means your kids will eat more veggies, it does make sense that as they become more familiar with HOW to prepare veggies that in itself may predispose them to using more veggies themselves once they are on their own. 6) you provide some useful info such as the spiral cut potato being cooked in the oven after adding some oil to the potato. Little things like that mean a lot because it's kind of like the difference between having sentences with and without punctuation. - makes it a lot easier to see things in context and understand what is being said. 7) your video quality is excellent as well -- almost "studio" good! Sharp focus, camera angles are good, person shooting the video isn't moving the camera all over the place, etc. Videos need to be watchable and yours certainly is! I like your "menu" sign too! Practical and to the point. "Either-or" choices are always easier to work with compared to those that have too many options.
