I bought mine a few months ago but due to an injury just got around to using it, so easy, so fun, so much sushi! LOVE IT! I don't know why they are making this piece so hard for people to get world wide, I'm sure it'd be a top seller! I am lucky enough to have connections and got mine in the US.
As a Tupperware consultant in the US, I have to say I'm jealous of this amazing product! It is one I would use in my own home and know many people who would be interested in it here in the states.
It looks alright on picture... Actually, maki maker doesn't work... I mean, it's not easy to make like it was showed in this video, but anyway I do like nigiri maker, it's really cool!
@TheEthug Yeah, image eating a semi-sweet rice ball with a slight smooth ocean flavour, not too strong that it taste like a fisherman's boat, but very subtle almost a curious taste like inviting you for more; and with the quasi-salty and nutty soy sauce and and the tangy exotic spice of wasabi, sushi is unlike anything you've ever tasted.
I want this.....I love sushi and this makes me want it more....Tupperware you should bring back a retro item once a quarter. ...I would would love this..the old made new again

it takes away the fun of making maki,its not a bit hard if you try,nigiri is harder,but also futomaki and uramaki arent hard as well,and it looks like this isnt any faster
OMG! I'd sell one of my kids for thus sushi set! Ok....not really. But seriously, I'm in the US. I know this set is in the "Flavours of the Orient" catalog. If it only sells outside the US and ANYONE is will to sell this as well as some others things from that catalog to an extremely grateful American, PLEASE message me. RU-vid or yahoo.
That was terrible, all you need to make sushi is a maki mat and a pair of hands not, If you eat rice regularly invest £ 15- 50 on a rice-cooker and £4 on a maki mat and watch a video on youtube on how to make Sushi, Maki are not that hard to make, Nigiri and fish cutting are the harder to master. Style over substance, no sushi chef would use a microwave to cook rice. That mould limits you to only make a horomaki, do you need another one to make futomaki and uramaki all can be done with a £4 mat.
