Your going to want to put a oil scavenge pump on the return line of that turbo, being that the drain goes to the Lowest part of the pan It will keep that hose full and will smoke the seals out of the turbo, SAE outlaw performance makes one specifically for turbo busa motors, and they’re not too pricey

I'll have the exhaust at least at a 90 down, Coz as is if you have oil out the exhaust its straight on to the left front wheel. But apart from that cool build so far.

I can see you melting the front left tire with that exhaust like it is. It does look great and sounds amazing with that Hayabusa engine in it. Still haven't figured out why you didn't powder coat the front suspension parts with the rest.

I Dont Think Any more Power is a Good Thing ,I worked on ATVs as a Honda & Can AM Tech For 14 Years. There Still A HandFull if Your Not 100% on it All The Time and They will Catch You Out One Day So You Better Be Ready,

I’d definitely make the exhaust longer and face towards the ground so water can’t get in and ruin the turbo

Where are you at with making this project road legal? You mentioned the tires, so I expect you have plans to put sticky road tires on, but with the extra grip, I'd be concerned at it being top heavy, so maybe go with the lowest profile you can find to make the most of the opportunity to lower the CoG as well as drop the shock height. I hope someone takes you up on the race leathers sponsorship, because that thing is a weapon, and your mum wants you to be safe. My rule of thumb when racing bikes was to consider what I'd be hitting if it turned to custard. If it was brick walls and posts, then leave a tiny bit more of a safety margin. If Grass or gravel, then find the limit. Although, a buddy of mine had to get grit literally scrubbed from a road rash, and he said it was no fun at all. (Leathers were not so thick back then.)

I'm not so sure about using those drain plugs in aluminium. Could you bottom out and loctite studs in the holes for maximum thread contact? If you want to keep it looking good, use stainless dome head nuts (aka acorn nuts). You can buff them up to look like chrome. With the power that engine produces, there are going to be substantial shear force on those mounts, and I would definitely worry that the aluminium threads will eventually fail. I mean it's not like you are going to take it easy with that thing.😉

That engine case is going to break where you tapped the holes. There is a reason motor mount bolts from factory go all the way through

Hey bud, just wanted to say awesome job. Looks like it's gonna be tons of fun. As a welder for over 20 years and a fabricator for longer than that, one thing you can do on those joints you welded that your worrying about them cracking, sleeve those joints with some heavy wall tubing, pipe, or even rounds stock, and it will be MOREEEEEEE than stout enough to hold up and you don't have to add extra gussetts or unneeded pipe. Especially in those hard to reach places. Just some food for thought.

Nice i built a sand racer once , took a xr650L and big bored it into a 400ex frame, light and powerfull, made my own extended swing arm out of DOM steel , used a 91 piston because over that is dieseling, I never tig welded before nice job, when you place a turbo its best to leave motor stock so it lasts, Il give you a trick, use auto motive oil the clutch will not slip when motor is warm

Exhaust should be level or face down to prevent water from standing in the pipe. Otherwise a cool build.

i would put wider width metal bars so the tires are spread out more for safety measures basically and itll look good

And I thought in my mind there is only a few that would take on the task. And I looked at Vasliy builds. Nomore, dude you need a mentor your smart and doing good work, that's why I watch.
