Did you install the inner bearing race onto the front stub axles, and then push the hub (with seal installed) over the top of it? If that works without damaging the seal, that's cool, but I've always dropped the inner race into the hub before installing the dust seal.

They're called an electric exhaust cutout, believe it or not it might actually help performance. Can always pull the motor out of the donor as a block to build on the side.

Yeah just a rattle can, it drys pretty dry, except over any sealant, that stays a little tacky.

Been paying close attention to the details of this build. I have an EF XR6 manual which I'm about to turbo. All the little things like not using aluminium for oil feed and stuff like that are great to know. Cheers 👌
