Turbocharged SEE THRU ENGINE on EFI and Nitromethane (FINAL EPISODE)

In this episode of the see-through engine I attempt to blow the engine up yet again and finish where I left off in episode 7.
I had nothing but sensor pick up problems in episode 7 due to electromagnetic interference from the high spark energy of the ignition coil that I used so I had to cut the episode short.
This is the grand finale of the see-through engine series for See thru engine V.1 and more than likely the last episode with this particular engine, it may make a cameo appearance here and there.
thanks for your support and thanks for watching through the entire series.
this one is a pretty long video so please find the program guide below.

The entire season I was freaking out. Not over the anticipation of the engine exploding; that had me on the edge of my seat in excitement! I was freaking over that $140,000+ dollar Phantom Flex 4k high speed camera setup you were using. It was so close to the engine I thought any minute kaboom and the camera would be toast or covered in oil, etc. Seeing that would be the equivalent to witnessing a wreck of an exotic or rare antique car. I hope it's insured! 😉

I loved the series man keep it up! To help the ECU receive proper input make sure you have a ground probe spaced .035 away from the spark lead, gives it a place for the spark to jump to and a proper ground. Not having a ground to the coil will cause all sorts of issues within the ignition system

I think your main issue is the length of spark gap which is allowing the voltage to spike much higher than intended which in turn creates large electromagnetic interference spikes - these will induce current spikes in any nearby wiring or sensors. The fix is to shorten the spark gap back to same as speced for standard spark plug, maybe add an extra grounded bolt at an angle which will make the spark gap adjustable
