You should try it, you would probably have to boil your broth longer then add the potatoes and sausage after 30 minutes of letting the seasoning powders and trinity boil and then add the corn and the fish toward the end I feel like the fish would cook down, so don't cook it super long if you want solid chunks of fish.

All you need is the Louisiana Seafood Boil Mix, onions, garlic and celery and add the potatoes and corn in at the last 15mins. All the rest he is just extra. I’ve been cooking this for over 30 years easy! The Louisiana Mix has everything in it!!! Cook for 2-3 hours until tender and don’t add the mix until the last 1 hour because it will be to spicy to eat!

if it looks good it looks good if it taste good it just taste good. saying platinum does not sway me at all period. if someone was selling this near me and was saying platinum every 5 seconds i would be what wrong with the food and is it a finesse.
