Not all THY 737-800's have PTV's. It's all the new aircraft that are fitted with the Boeing Sky Interior that have them. New A321's, A320, 737-800 & 737-900ER have the new interior with PTV's. However Turkish Airlines provide drop down monitors on their old aircraft and the service still exceeds that of most European carriers.
