Recipe:
500 g of finely ground crusts
800 g of sugar
800 ml. water
450 g of walnuts
125 g of butter
Description:
First we prepare the syrup from equal amounts of water and sugar. Once it boils, let it boil for seven minutes and it is ready. Grind the walnuts and melt the butter. We take 2 leaves from the ground crusts and spread the top sheet with oil. Sprinkle evenly with walnuts and roll into a thin roll. We cut the roll into equal parts, which we arrange in an oiled pan as I showed in the video. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes or until golden on top. Pour the hot baklava with the cold syrup and let it stand for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
