WHAT IS THE TURKISH CONDITIONAL SUFFIX?
*********************************************
In today’s lecture, we will learn about conditional sentences in Turkish. Conditional sentences are made when a certain condition is fulfilled for a specific action to take place. In English, conditional sentences usually start with a “If” word. In Turkish, we use the word “Eğer” and use certain suffixes to make a sentence conditional.
There are three main types of conditional sentences:
The Real Conditional Sentences
The Unreal Conditional Sentences
The Past Unreal Conditional Sentences
There are also many different sub-types of conditional sentences we will see after we learn these three conditionals.
Watch the lesson to learn more about the Turkish Conditionals (If Clause).

In past tense we may use 'seydim' or 'saydim' .ex- gelseydim.

Yes, when translated to English it means "If I had done something". For example "Dün ekmek alsaydım, şimdi tost yapardım" = If I had brought bread yesterday, I would have made toast.

Why there's a "y" between "se" and "dim"?
