I highly recommend you try the tahini cookie simple recipe! Everybody I have served has enjoyed and liked it much. The cookies are crispy and the dough turns out to be shortbread.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
1/2 cup (100 ml) of tahini (sesame paste)
Butter 60 g (room temperature)
Natural yogurt 50 ml
Vegetable oil 50 ml
1 egg yolk
Baking powder 5 grams (1 teaspoon)
Wheat flour (sifted) 1,5 cups (~220 grams)
Bake at 180°C (856°F) for 25 minutes
