You'll need
7 sheets phyllo dough
For the filling;
5 tablespoons oil
1 onion
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1.5 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black powder
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1.5 kg spinach
To spread on the dough;
120 ml oil
For the top;
1 egg
